Even if they are not all that unusual, everyone loves huge semeais (except the losers, maybe). Dong Yan and Ye Gui played this one in Harbin in the Chinese promotion tournament in 1992. Now, apart from the size, what amused us about this furball of a fight is that it looks like a hand grenade (well, if you squint...), and the local firewater in Harbin is called Hand Grenade. The winters (-50 degrees C) require a little stiffening and it also comes in a bottle shaped like a grenade. Harbin in winter was once a must-see for southern Chinese and Taiwanese yuppies who wanted to see snow at first-hand. We recall a claim that that they found the cold so traumatic they've never ventured north of the Tropic of Capricorn again!
