The first thing to note is how Jowa creatively avoids standard josekis in both the lower left and lower right, refusing to be bossed around by White. Chitoku for his part seeks to add more tension to the game by playing 35 instead of the safer move at A. This white group becomes the focus of the whole game.
The second point of note is the way Black sets up a karami attack on this group, but on a stupendous scale, with Black 50. You might want to think about the key point Black is aiming for in this area before you look at the next diagram.
